What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Basil & pine nut filled pasta, with basil oil on top. I feel ravenous today so will probably have two teas - will raid the fridge for seconds. :)

Roast pork belly, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, maybe some peas or broad beans then apple crumble and custard for afters

I hate the fact that badgers doesn't like cauli cheese.

Posh crisps, spicy humous, olives and jelly babies

(I had a good lunch and will have a salad later, honest mum)

Coq-au-vin with garlic mash potatoes, green beans and French beans, and a good Merlot....

... followed by Leonard Cohen at the O2.

Last night was sea bream in garlic and lime with chips, followed by Fat White Family at The Queen's Head.

Friday was home made pizza cooked in an earth oven with salad, followed by storytelling under canvas, at an organic farm near Basingstoke.

Been a busy weekend...

Really? I thought he'd be a big cauli cheese fan! I think Mr.QofG's tolerates the cauli part but would rather have one small piece of cauli in a bowl of cheese sauce :D

He doesn't like cauliflower.

I keep meaning to make just broccoli cheese instead.

I just had chicken with black beans and ginger which I made. I didn't both with rice, although I did think of frying some up that we have in the fridge. (No, it would not have killed us)
