i really don't know. i find myself rather suddenly without a boyfriend (ie single) and he used to do all the cooking. but i think i'll make myself something nice. something i wouldn't normally make. something fresh. because ima worth it yaddayadda

Sorry to hear that dolly - hope you're okay chick xx

I had slivers of beef, they kind of look like knick knacks, but are beef, with yardlong beans. Spicy cauliflower, and shredded stir-fried cabbage with glass noodles. And red rice. Then I had a spicy tofu on a stick on the way home.

fish cake (sainsbury's taste the difference) Had one the other week - the difference was that it was crap and tasteless  May do some parsnip mash to go with it along with other left over veggies.
Trying desperately hard to be healthy...ish.

Cheese & tomato quiche with whatever can be grabbed.

Quiche is off - misread the ingredients and it contains onion.

Tortilla wraps of strips of chicken breast coated in a southern fried spice mix, pan fried and served on a bed of lettuce, topped with sweet chilli sauce & a yoghurt & mint rattia.

A week off work begins here, I wanted something nice to celebrate - boiling a gammon joint - will roast it too to get it crispy if I can be bothered. To be served with red rice cooked with coconut milk and kidney beans.

On the off chance that I might be able to eat it, quiche (made from scratch).
Also a big deal - it's no trifle (no custard or cream layers, just jelly fruit and sponge).

Coming to the end of food... Pay day next week so mayhaps a leek and courgette risotto or a sweet potato and lentil curry with brown rice.
