I am so stealing this..thank youTonight I will be doing a chilli tomato prawn spaghetti thing - my own recipe (which is why it has no proper name), just make a basic tomato & chilli sauce from fresh ingredients (with finely chopped celery added, cos it is a great flavour enhancer for both tomatoes and seafood, a roasted & chopped red pepper is also a good addition for sweetness, onion and garlic are essential rather than optional!) then add some prawns for a few minutes and toss with cooked spaghetti, and a bit of chopped parsley at the last minute.
I aint eating that bun sheo .. I could be starving to death on a clifftop .. no way
