What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I made some sort of sausage, bacon and lentil casserole in my slow cooker. It was fucking delicious. Am totally stuffed now.

Ham and cheese (?) turkey steak thingies, hash browns, a whole baked onion and some steam-fresh veg. It's not exactly haute cuisine chez Corax tonight.

Sprinkle jerk seasoning on pork chops and leave to marinate for a couple of hours (I bought a shop one cos I'm a lazy cow). Then fry for about 10-15 minutes. Once the chops have been on for about 5 minutes put the corn in a griddle pan and keep turning till all cooked through.

The coleslaw was grated white cabbage, onion and carrot in a light coating of mayonnaise.

Courgette soup and garlic bread....and I've also taken the last hunk of my son's birthday cake (double chocolate brownie with chocolate fudge icing *squirms* ) out of the freezer so some of that with some vanilla ice cream for pudding.

I think I'm having a quorn cottage pie...or quorn chunks casserole. I will cook both & one will end up in my tummy & one for the freezer.

Just bought myself some chorizo, pasta and mushrooms. So, unsurprisingly, I'm going to do chorizo and mushroom pasta with a spicy tomato sauce.

Beans THEN cheese on toast :)
