Fish and chips from the chippie, beers, then a Mini Eggs milky bar (yes, they're selling Easter stuff already) and a chocolate doughnut with a cup of tea. Back to sensible eating from tomorrow!

Turmeric and spinach dhal if I can be arsed. Spaghetti tossed in evoo/garlic/chilli with sundried toms, black and green olives, and parmesan if not.

Tiramisu and raspberries.

Veggie haggis, tatties and neeps. Traditional Ne’er Day dinner is steak pie, but I don’t eat steak and Mrs LR doesn’t like pie*, so.

*I know. Weirdo, right? She “doesn’t really like pizza” either. But she makes up for this wrongness in other ways.

Yeah, I agree. This chippie is only one of a few in London which sell tea and you can sit in to eat. The staff are really nice too. (It's Chris's next to Euston station if anyone's interested).

Doing a cheat's roast dinner. Chicken thighs and drumsticks covered in lemon/garlic/thyme/sage/olive oil, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, roast cauliflower, yorkshires, steamed tenderstem broccoli and carrots, gravy.

Apple strudel with ice cream or cream for dessert. Calorific penance begins tomorrow

Roast spuds and 'snips
Mashed swede and carrot

I don't think I've ever got to a point where I've thought "I've had enough roast dinners recently, I don't want another one"
Bloody love it! And you've reminded me that I bought a swede cheap somewhere and that needs to be used - roast or mashed is excellent.
Got a chicken on order which I will roast completely plain at the weekend and share with the kittens.
