I'm staying at my mums house alone for a couple of days, she's away and I'm working/clearing stuff out. Just bagged a grass fed organic steak on yellow stickers for £2, so I'm having that with garlic mushrooms and a rocket salad. El Jugs hates big lumps of meat so this is a self indulgence/treat for me.

Found ourselves in a Korean grocery yesterday and picked up a tub of gochujang and some kimchi.
I don't cook a lot of Korean food, but tonight I am trying my hand at Ojingeo-Bokkeum (spicy squid stir fry) and something involving chicken, served with rice and kimchi.

Undecided at the moment, I was planning soup with boiled eggs or rice with green beans but Mrs Numbers is in the supermarket at the moment and has suggested we have pie and peas. We shall see.
