What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Totally banging vegan burger on brioche buns -the fake meat kind which I’m not normally keen on with oven chips -fresh not frozen & a dressing made from mayo , fresh chilli, parsley, mint & garlic topped with red onion that was soaked in red wine vinegar & a leafy salad.

Which brand of burger? OH loves burgers and always on the look-out for veggie/vegan ones to try!
 
Epona i don’t know which brand as they came from Gousto & had their branding.I would usually choose a bean burger but these were so nice. Liking the brioche bun which I have not eaten often.
 
We've got friends coming for dinner tonight, including lizzieloo and we're having:

Roast beef*, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and parsnips, steamed cabbage, carrots and broccoli, red wine gravy.

Cheesecake for pudding, topping tbc.

*Mr B's cousin and her husband have a smallholding in Herefordshire and this is a piece of topside from a 'beef box' we got from them a few weeks ago. Slow grown, grass fed deliciousness. If the mince I used in last week's lasagne is anything to go by it's going to be lush.

Only just finished eating it as i took way too much time making it. I could never be a restaurant chef cos customers would get fed up and leave. That and the fact that it looks like this:
