Yesterday's sprout stew
Green tomato Polish-style salad

2011 St Emilion from the days when my local Tesco used to have wine worth hoarding.

Made a lasagne to use up an excess of greenery that I bought last week (kale, spring greens, sorrel and a bit of parsley) - with bechamel rather than tomato sauce, a pack of crumbled tofu and lots of cheese. So some of that with a somewhat random fishcake that is about to expire. Tomorrow will be the same.
