What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Caldo Verde, (portugese potato & kale soup with sausage - cheers to dessiato for the suggestion)
I must eat that about once a fortnight during the winter. You need to roll up the kale or cabbage leaves and slice them very finely . My other fave is canja, a chicken rice soup thickened with egg yolk and flavoured with lemons Canja - Portuguese Lemon Chicken Soup

I used curly kale, so rolling wasnt possible, but it was still pretty thin.

Very impressed tbh, it's delicious - the kids wolfed it down too, so Itll probably go in the rotation...

I really fancied Keema again, but ended up in A&E with my Dad and we had chips after.

So I'll probably do it tonight. Looking at Google Keema Aloo is a thing, which I find amusing. Mince and potatos seems such a British thing to eat, but it's all the spices that make it.
