What's for tea tonight? (#8)

After a weekend of copious amounts of alchohol and takeaways I really need something healthy. Already failed for most of the day thanks to the constant supply of junk food in the work kitchen. Will have to be strong tonight. Maybe a tuna salad.

nothing because I forgot to get the lamb out of the freezer yesterday and the bf can't find it!

I don't normally buy pre marinaded meats, but finally got round to visiting the local butchers and he had some nice looking kebabs.

Veg grown by my girlfriend. Rainbow Chardstock and those awesome stripy beetroot!

Veg Curry. Chickpeas, Lentils, Spuds, Peas & Courgettes. Oh and shed loads of ginger so it's proper warming. Chapatis and rice. I've got some red rice that I just found in the cupboard I've not tried yet, keep meaning to use it, but packet says it takes 40 mins to cook!

At some point I'm going to turn my attention to making chapatis from scratch. I know they are dead easy, but the ones that you can get from a packet now are so good, in fact better then many I've been served in Indian restaurants.

Either veggie sausages, mash with skins on, carrots, baby romanesco & roasted beetroot or quorn chunks, button shrooms, mixed peppers madras hot curry with basmati rice.

Also have cauliflower cheese that I made & froze the other week but I'm not a fan but BF loves it.

Freezer portion meals are great for when you both like different things. It wouldn't be worth my while making anything with mince if it wasn't for this.

Lentil lasagne for me and the boy, chicken pops for the girl, chips and broccoli.
It's all kicking off at work again and I am SO fucking tired of it all :( so wine first and crisps for pudding.

Got more brazilian chicken drumsticks from the co op as theyre delish. So 2 of them with pepper, courgette and spinach. Red grapes for puddo. Will probably have a boiled egg on toast later on as had an early tea.
