Yesterday the littlun made me chicken noodles for lunch and huevos rancheros for tea

Tonight we will be going large on the baked spuds with cheese then beans.

Went wild this week and had a take away on a Monday instead of a Friday

Himself is out doing a gig, so I am gonna have finny haddy, with golden vegetable rice, and baby corn. Easy peasy.

Friend treated me to a tuna salad at our local cafe. Was thinking of getting back on the diet but have got some double cream to finish in the fridge so think ill have cornflakes, milk, double cream and sugar. One of my favourite foods.

Slightly weird supermarket asparagus and pea risotto. Turkish delight.

Pasta puttanesca - I fried anchovies and two cloves of garlic in olive oil, tipped in some capers, tomatoes, chilli flakes and black olives. Served with bucatini (like long tubes of spaghetti), with fresh parsley and a little parmesan. It was really delicious, looked a bit like this

Going swimming again tonight. We usually treat ourselves a bit after slogging up and down the pool but dunno what we'll have tonight. Maybe that Mexican place, although they fucking lather on the cheese in there. It's like a heart attack on a plate.

Roast lamb chops, carrots and onions, boiled potatoes with chives. Stewed apples (from the garden) with mixed spices and custard for afters.

I've gone back to meal plans now because I can't deal with the indecision, especially when the baby might kick off

Last night was pasta pesto, hers with runner beans, mine with broccoli, olives and sundried tomatoes.

Tonight we're having fishfingers, chips and beans.

Party food tomorrow, so big meal for lunch.

Then Sunday I'm getting a takeaway dammit, because I cooked on my birthday!
