What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Bento box with garlic pork and fried fish tempura, delicious. I cooked leftover lamb casserole and lamb burger for my Dad...he wasnt so keen. It wasnt soft enough....i tasted it, it was amazing but if he didnt want it, thats fine with me>>>>seagulls on shed :cool:
 
Yesterday I had jacket potato cheese, beans & Tabasco sauce & made creamy mushrooms pancakes for partner & stepson with salad.

Today out for dinner at a tapas place.
 
Last night i made asparagus risotto with snipped chives (why are they always called 'snipped?' :D:rolleyes: - somehow right though as i cut them with a scissors), pecorino and fresh parsley...it was disappointing though as I had to overcook it for my Dad's teeth....thats fine though - if you come round to my gaff with your kid with their specific tastes, I will accomodate them....with gritted teeth....:thumbs:

today is cottage pie - did the soffrito (yep, silly word but its celery, carrots and onion, i also added garlic), pork and beef mince, two oxo stock cubes in a litre of water, dried mixed herbs and the roosters are currently bubbling...i think Maris Piper spuds are better for mash but i was asked to use pink roosters.....it will be tasty, i think. Dessert will be leftover stewed apples and custard
