I made a chilli and had it in middle eastern wrap with sour cream, coriander, habanero, jalapeños, tortilla chips and cheese

Oh and my neighbour made a really yummy seitan 'chicken' thai dish. It was really good.

Galaxy cake bars for afters. Cheapo whisky and ginger beer after afters.

I think my all-time favourite festival drink was had at Beatherder 2009. pogofish had bought me a bottle of gold tequila for putting him up prior to it and giving him a lift to the airport after. They had a fresh fruit stall there that year, with a juicer, so on the Sunday we had pint cups of multi-fruit juice with massive slugs of tequila in. Phwoarrr. And naturally, one of those would reverse all of the damage we'd inflicted on ourselves over the weekend

Protein shake. Wholewheat fusilli with chicken, spinach, kale, broccoli and chopped tomatoes in a creamy garlicky sauce.

This again. I don't know wtf I did but it tastes rubbish, and the broccoli stayed gritty even after I'd washed it (I mean how the fuck are you supposed to wash broccoli properly anyway?!) so it also has a disgusting crunchiness if you bite down too hard. Oh well, only three more days to go

Chicken and 'Mediterranean vegetables' fried in sazon, then added (leftover) rice, water and tomato puree. Made it up as I went along and it was delicious. Enough left tomorrow too

Tonight will be macaroni cheese, probably with bacon as the veggie teen isn't about until tomorrow.
This weekend we will be eating out of the freezer because its completely jammed full of food and also ice after I left the door slightly on Saturday night.

Just remembered I bought a massive cauliflower so change of plan. Cauliflower cheese with some sort of potato and green veg.

What do you serve cauliflower cheese with? I might look in Tesco/Waitrose and see what potato prodcuts they have. Rosti? Filthy waffles?
