What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Probably best not mention that to your GP. :D
Hehe - but soooo good, and I slept sooo well :D In fact, thanks to all the stuff I threw at it, my bastard hacking cough virus had fucked off by Saturday

Anyhoo - tea tonight will be a toss up between chips n egg, pesto spaghetti with sundried toms and garlic-stuffed green olives, and a big cheesy homelette on a bed of spinach, with couscous.

It was pretty good and I like to have it with a big chunk of crushed chilli/ nuts and oil.
Will learn how to make this and share the recipe.

I dunno tonight, I fancy something easy and comforting. We've got paratha in the freezer so maybe paratha and fried egg.

Or some kind of one pot extravaganza as we've peppers and mushrooms to use up. There's a bit of leek that needs to end also. And a packet a pancetta.

Daughter's friend stayed over last night and I'm just about to make pizzas for myself and her - but my girl had to have two big teeth extracted ready for her brace to be fitted and pizza's not really suitable :D so she's on ice cream for the rest of the day  with some soup, for the health, later (and I'll have some of that, too).

OK. I made a harrisa chicken and pancetta soup. I used the last little bits of roast chicken, pancetta obvs, mushroom, leek, red pepper, onion, chilli, fresh lemon juice, bulgar wheat, black beans, boullion, harissa paste and garlic paste. I topped it with a bit of parmesan.
