What's for tea tonight? (#8)

M&S risotto type thing. Actually quite nice for a ready made risotto. Not sure what for afters, maybe a nectarine or a peach. Maybe both if I'm feeling adventurous.
 
Had a bit of the casserole thing I made with leftover chicken, potatoes and veg, bacon, peppers, courgette, onion, garlic, beans, sweetcorn and tinned tomatoes. It was really nice. Bought some chicken and fruit to eat on the train home but decided to have it for lunch tomorrow so I'll maybe eat something else when I get home. Not sure what yet.
 
Sunday night we had guests around for dinner, and I did prawn madras, sag aloo, and tarka daal. Seemed to go down well. Leftovers for Monday night dinner. Delicious, but I do not want to make any of that again for a while. Possibly beans on toast tonight as a bit of a break from cooking :D
 
Last night was quiche, saffron & tomato braised potatoes, roasted courgette, sweetfire beetroot & watercress.

Tonight it's the leftovers of the potatoes and some pork chops. I've got some creme fraiche open so I'll do some sort of sauce with the pan juices.
Green beans and yet more courgette to go with it.
 
Jacket potatoes, quark and parmesan filling and salad. Pineapple Jelly and cream for afters.

Washed down with a huge spiced rum and ginger beer.


And a spliff for supper...
 
Oh, and Italian knobbly squash-thing too by the looks of it - not sure what do do with it though ... :hmm:

Nuked for 5 mins, a bit bland with just soy sauce and tahini - so chucked some taco beans in the hot water, flaxseed, tahini, pine nuts and capers ...
Being Italian I probably should have baked it with cheese of some sort ...
