I'm all lurgied up so I will mostly be eating red food - canned tomatoes and chickpeas.
And I bought some pink "tea" - raspberry and echinacea - and some honey to go with it.
Another baby leaf salad, with chopped boiled eggs, red, orange and yellow peppers, chia seeds and red Leicester. Quark and Tayberry dressing this evening.
Red pepper, onions, red chilli, courgette, a few cashew nuts, some tomatoes, sautéed together then added one of those herb infusion pots with some hot water and buckwheat. It's bubbling away now.
Something involving chicken and mushrooms. Maybe chicken, mushrooms, peas and cabbage with a spoonful of yoghurt or soft cheese.
E2a made a huge dish of chicken, bacon, mushroom and sweetcorn pasta in cheese sauce with red Leicester and smashed up cheese and onion crisps on top for everyone else, and there's another dish in the fridge ready to be finished off in the oven later in the week.
I did offer to make burgers tonight but then changed my mind. I've used the mince to make a big batch of chilli with loads of peppers and shortly some beans too. To be served with loads of rice. Can't wait. [emoji4]
oh, and i've been making my own bread to avoid the unhealthy processed stuff, but it's too tasty, so i've been eating all of it, so no so healthy after all.
