Pasta a la Lanzarote

Pasta with a sauce made from onions, red pepper, chorizo, fresh tomato, cubed herby local goats cheese and a little yogurt stirred in at the end. It was a surprisingly good!

I was tipsy and quite ravenous when I saw Jeff's post last night. I saw the pizza on my phone...it looks way better on my laptop.

Tonight is a 'Superfood Mexican Jumble with jalopeno & feta' made at home but from a recipe.

Took some chilli out of the freezer. It might have been bolognaise tbh. Whatever it is, it'll be eaten with a small jacket spud.

I quote this as I'm also a huge fan of mint tea - I drink it after almost every meal - helps with digestion and stops me drinking more alcohol! It's magical stuff - my Dad even drinks it!

Just a nine ounce sirloin. It was on offer in teh co-op. I can't afford to do it when the brats are in tow. They like ribeye and large
