had breakfast, made a sandwich, got on a bus to work, walked up eight flights of stairs to my floor, realised i'd forgotten the post so walked back to the third floor to fetch it, then realised i'd forgotten to take the letters down that need posting so walked to the third floor and back again. i'm bloody knackered now phoned another office and arranged a meeting, then bought tickets for the dalai lama in may, set up a projector for my technically incompetent colleague, hunted for biscuits. Now i'm going to make a cup of tea and then possibly do some work.

Well i might have a shitty job but can't complain about my boss, just phoned in to say i can come in as planned on saturday (we have a lot of people off at the mo, i don't generally work at the weekend) and he said don't worry, it's covered, so i'm off till monday !
