waking up, going for a pee, half making my bed then jumping back in. I turned on the radio and heard the PM of Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean talking about Hurricane Ike...and I had a really awful panic feeling as a best friend lives there. I got in touch with her sis and then read up on it on the internet and got dressed. I have just found out that she is safe but I don't know much more. This is the 2nd hurricane she has been in, she was in Mexico about 3 years back and was evacuated into a school.

I have also been idly browsing on here.

Took new car for a proper drive, bought posh underwear then spent ages in Homebase.
