125ml lime juice
30ml tequila
45ml cointreau or triple sec
150g icing sugar or powdered sugar
500ml double cream

Pour lime, tequila and cointreau/triple sec into bowl and stir in sugar to dissolve.
Add cream, softly whip until thick and smooth but not stiff.
Spoon into airtight container to freeze overnight. It does not need softening before serving.

Serves 6 (tiny people who don't like food I expect )

Nigella served it it glass dishes dipped in sugar and salt but you don't have to.

went into peckham and bought a drill and a spirit level and some other bits. have fixed the teenager's curtain rail back to her wall which the landlords were supposed to do - i asked them agggess ago but they never bothered, but now she's back from her dad's i thought i best get on with it. i've also finally fitted her ikea moon lamp to her wall properly. she's had that lamp for a few years now, and it's just been resting on the edge of her bed so - job's a good 'un.
