Not smoking, and despite my hangover doing a bit of research on a rather interesting idea my old PhD supervisor came up with last night.

Making margarita ice cream for tonight. I was supposed to make it last night but I fell asleep right after big brother so hopefully it will freeze ok for this evening.

It tastes absolutely gorgeous. I didn't have any triple sec so after a quick google found that brandy and some orange extract is a good substitute and it seems to have worked ok.

I am now settling down to a days reading and note taking in preparation for writing an essay tomorrow with a hangover.
