What shall I make for pudding?

My landlady has invited me to dinner (well it's in our front room so perhaps she felt obliged!) tomorrow with some friends of hers who are coming round. She's making the dinner so I thought I could do the pudding (dessert or whatever you want to call it). I'd appreciate some suggestions as to what to make. A few specifications:

-It should work after having lamb/aubergine/yoghurt, as that's what the main meal will be.

-It shouldn't be too unhealthy.

-Preferably something I can make in advance, because the kitchen is tiny, so I don't want to be in the way when she's cooking. There's a microwave so I can heat something up if needs be.

Sorbet. Various citrus fruits eg orange, lime, lemon. Perhaps some melon sorbet?

A summer pudding?

I'd go for something with a clean, sharp but not acid, flavour.

It's a good time for fruits at the moment so I'd expect there's some nice fresh ones around.

A plain sponge (like pound cake) with fruit compote, or poached pears - anything fruity really, and a blob of ice-cream, or custard, or cream, or a combination. Serve in a trifle bowl if you want or let people have as much or as little of each thing as they like.

Is the lamb dish a curry?

Rice Krispie cakes made with dark chocolate and chopped cranberries. Mainly because I am obsessing about them at the moment :D

Brownies, made with chocolate orange?

Yeah, fruit crumble. Are blackberries still in season, if so could pick your own and have with apple. Yum

Great suggestions. I have seen berries around, perhaps I should go out for a walk and collect some.
I don't think the main dish is a curry, not sure though.

Go for something you can just take out of the fridge - microwave-heated puddings are never satisfactory. I'd make a Syllabub or some sort of fruit fool earlier in the day and stick it in the fridge til it's time to eat it.

Pah, guess what, I mentioned making pudding, and was told the other guests are bringing one! So I'm resigned to wine duty. Three bottles for 4 people?
I'd imagine the other guests will also bring wine...? (I certainly would even if I was bringing the pudding.) So if you get three bottles, you may not need them all. (Obviously depending on how pisshead-like you all are....)

I'm making a rice pudding, made with oat milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon and chopped dried apricots. I've never made one before. I'm looking forward to having it cold.
