Just checked the fridge and cupboard. I have two choices:

Only had one egg, bit of milk and some flour but made some pretty good pancakes, with honey, butter and lemon. Fried mushrooms on the side. Need to go shopping!

Out at some hipster cafe with a hangover, waiting on poached eggs and bacon and coffee.

This was very disappointing. The place made its own bread which looked great but was shite toasted, the eggs were okay and the bacon was streaky (which would have been fine had it not, what appeared to have been, deep fried the day before) the only decent thing was the coffee but the whole thing was really quite expensive so i was bit fucking annoyed overall.

Tomorrow morning i'm going to make a dirty great fry-up at home with a massive sugary black coffee to make up for todays let down.

My kids have swimming at the crack on a Sunday and their dad always takes them. So that's already awesome. Yesterday they strong armed me into promising waffles for breakfast today, but he called earlier to see if I minded if he took them to McDonald's instead.
