I have just been having Derbyshire oatcakes as opposed to Staffordshire oatcakes from here DERBY PYCLETS [PIKELETS] & DERBYSHIRE OATCAKES
Apparently they are virtually an identical receipe, the main difference being Derbyshire oatcakes are much bigger than Staffordshire oatcakes.....i'll never find my belly again.
I have just eaten two; one naked the other with peanut butter, which didn't work.

Went to local cafe with friend and had a bacon roll with ketchup and a chamomile tea.

Homemade potato bread incorporating anything that needs using up in the fridge. This morning it was the tail end of a jar of pickled onions plus a lump of blue cheese that’s been there since x-mas - worked really well.
