I've made oat pancakes They are very nice. I never knew they were a Scottiah thing. The recipe I use was from my granny who came from Tyrone and had close contacts with Scotland in her childhood. I think members of her family used travel over to work for weeks on end to Scotland.

Plain with butter. I usually have bacon rolled in mine. Fried eggs, scrambled are better though.
