Another large croissant and an apple crumble yogurt for second breakfast,
The 4 hour cycle was disappointing, but I overslept Friday/Saturday, so had to make a loaf using the two hour cycle (rapid bake for white bread) and it was almost as good ... (it starts stirring the moment you push the button, so no time for the yeast to work with the sugar at the bottom of the pan)Unusually, a lovely fluffy seeded wholemeal loaf.
I was late getting up in the night - it's usually about 2AM when I fill the machine, so it went on the 3 hour "rapid" cycle rather than the usual 5 hour one.
Super annoyingly, you can't add a delay on this cycle - and I also didn't get to use the raisin tray for my seeds - which I use to save the Teflon coating.
I will try the 4 hour cycle next time to see if it comes close.

You are always eating such interesting stuff, where do you even get a pint of beetroot juice??
Must get my last pack of oatcakes out of the freezer and order some more soon.Having been out in the snow for about an hour, I've just had 2 Staffordshire oatcakes stuffed with smokey bacon
