What are you baking?

I have Gingerbread Pudding in the oven, soon to have marzipan topping.

Feels a bit Christmassy, stirring in all the breadcrumbs, which suits the weather :hmm: .
I think it's just a bread pudding recipe with extra crystallised ginger (which I didn't actually have enough of :facepalm:) but I've never made bread pudding before so not really sure.
 
Bourbon style biscuits. Crunchy dark chocolate with whisky in the ganache

I need to figure out how to stop the pics being so huge!
Select "resize" in whichever picture software you use (I use IrfanView, a lot of people use photoshop).

Check the index/menu for the software if it's not easy to find where that option is.
 
Yogurt cake as mentioned on the folding in flour thread. The one time that I'm testing a recipe for somebody else, the oven thermostat chooses to run colder than usual. :facepalm:
 
I've just put some meringues in the oven.
I'm not sure if I've ever made them before, and if I have it was many years ago.
We've got friends coming over for a bbq tomorrow and we'll have them for pud with strawberries and whipped cream.
 
I simply love the caramelised garlic which is in Ottolenghi caramelised garlic tart. Inspired by this I decided to put caramelised garlic into bread. This is my first attempt at plating bread - so it looks a bit knotted and messy! There's three bulbs of garlic in the loaf one for each braid.

It's sitting next to a farmhouse loaf made from the same dough. The glaze on the caramelised garlic bread is an egg yolk.
