Lunch should have its own thread

Need to regulate my whole diet. My stomach area noises not wind are making some crazy noises. Didn't over eat yesterday far from it but something about the sounds coming from my abdomen area seems krakatoa godzilla and peter paul and mary are waking up to do the charleston. Am wondering if i have kept in one position sleeping and now the kracken is awake after shifting. For lunch will be something light. Maybe a vanilla slice. I darent sit up.
 
Burned mouth so having skipped breakfast, as for the past couple of days a brunch of cold lentil and veggy soup, mushy peas and tahini
 
Burgers with processed cheese, but no buns. Big pile of salad. Not tried that one since starting a diet, but was better than I imagined.
 
veggie soup 174 kcals
can lentils 192kcals
366kcals plus a squidge of tahini ...

I skipped breakfast so I'd better get 1000 kcals down my neck for tea ...
 
Noodle soup again.

The zero kcal/carb konjac noodles are becoming a firm work from home favorite. Whatever veg I've got in the fridge and some protein.

Today I've got a lot of mature spinnich to use and some polish sausage. Pho stock cube. Fusion cuisine.
