WC time already? I'll be cheering on Iran, Iceland and Japan. And Ireland, it goes without saying.

I expect Ireland to not really turn up.

Any thoughts on unfancied sides that might make the quarters ? Croatia, Peru , Morocco , Poland would be mine.

Senegal made the quarters last time they qualified (I think...S.Korea? What a bent tournament that was.)

Germany out Argentina scrape through, Portugual and Spain struggling to qualify. France seem pretty solid , Brazil a bit iffy. Belgium seem strong, as do (surprisingly) England
