Turkey, ISIS, Kurds and Syria

Didn't Erdogan just make almost the exact accusation, but in reverse?
It wasn't him as such, and the officials who made the claim left out the fact that all sorts of beardie nutters were helped (to such an extent that sent seems a fair term to describe it) into Syria by parts of the turkish state.

I can barely keep up with the crap that comes out of that guy's mouth. Every day a new piece of rubbish.
Jeez not as much slagging off as Erdogan him himself indulges in that article you liked to. He sounds increasingly bombastic pompous and odious by the minute.

He probably thinks he is untouchable, and I am not sure he is that wrong.

Manpads are SAMs you great 'nana.

So, this

'You're engaged in asymmetric warfare. You don't want any manpads?'

Your answer is yes, regardless of who is giving what to whom? You'd support the islamists in north syria being hand them by turkey? If not, sharpen up what you're saying.

It's not a matter of supporting whoever. If you were in their position, as stated in the original question, would you turn down manpads....regardless of where they came from?

Of course it's a matter of supporting whoever. See my post after this. What a stupid pointless and apolitical question. You may as well ask would expect a drowning man to grasp a hand offered to save them. It's in keeping with your apolitical approach though.

So russia gave them a few MANPADS to warn Turkey. PKK become an imperialist plaything again.

You are claiming that A. these came from Russia (an assumption) and B. the PKK are now compromised (if your assumption is correct) by this.

2 assumptions.

I think they came from russia and i think the PKK has been compromised for decades - whatever your western fantasy - when they allied with assad and saddam.

What does this have to do with the context free question that you asked me?

TBF that could have come from anywhere; the Syrians had stocks of the missile in question and other rebel groups have been seen using them in the past.

The US have made it their main business to make sure no one in the area gets MANPADS since late 2011 whilst allowing all sort of stuff to come through. Oct-feb russia comes in, clashes with turkey and suddenly the PKK has a manpad (and i think it will be two tops). That's a message from russia with love. Note this was turkey not syria btw. And if the SAA had loads of them looted by the rebels, where are the downed copters?

I didn't say there were loads of them, and (if the footage is genuine) here is one being used.
