Wouldn't say we're a big club particularly, but that video is in the context of a lot of building resentment and frustration with our inscrutable Chinese owners (our previous owner was sent to prison for money laundering whilst still owning the club) and the current owner seems seriously dodgy as well. No-one really knows what's going on and they've made a series of bafflingly bad decisions, so because they refuse to communicate, fans are getting hacked off. On the other hand, they've apparently spaffed £90 million quid on the club, which is just crazy. Not excusing some of that behaviour at all, it's idiotic, but it's going to get much worse i think - they're lucky there are no fans at the ground at the minute, anyone from the midlands will tell you some blues can be a nasty lot.
But then, most clubs have an element of idiots- I was sitting on a wall eating chips, minding my own business at the millenium stadium in Cardiff before our league cup final loss to Liverpool some years ago, when I got smacked in the head by one of a group of Cardiff fans who were looking to pick off lone blues fans. Cardiff weren't even playing! Most annoyingly, my chips went flying as i fell backwards over the wall. I also got punched by a group of Stoke City fans for no reason once as well.
