I don’t.
As I have been stopped and searched 3 times.
I just attempted to argue this was not a bad case. Often the police are worse. Just this has been investigated and disciplined.

Strikes me that:

  • that incite, promote or enact violence, defamation, hatred or harassment of any individual or group for any reason, including race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
Doesn't exactly match up with a fundraiser that uses a symbol the met are (technically) banned from using as its header image. Might be worth a few more emails of complaint.

Ah, yes, thanks for reminding me about that. It did occur to me that it was weird, but I'd forgotten and didn't make that connection. I'll reply.

Is there a fundraiser for Bianca Williams and Ricardo dos Santos? I'd chip in a few quid to show support for them.

From the video I got the sense that as well as the whole stop being appalling, for the police they were sort of performative for each other, somehow having to prove in some weird way that they were a ‘team’ and everything they did would engender approval from fellow officers.
 
Whe the police van pulled along side the Mercedes at the junction, before the Mercedes turned left; I think the officers must not have indicated to stop.
