According to the Tory-lite Guardian, the so-called Labour 'moderates' have been in talks with pro-Remain Tories with a view to forming a new centre (right) party. Ironically, the Labour 'moderates' have whined about being called 'Red Tories'. Self-awareness is overrated as far as these cunts are concerned.
Pro-EU Labour and Tory MPs look at forming a new centrist party

Tory-lite Observer (not that the Guardian's any better on this)

About 90% of that article centred round an Observer commisioned piece by old-time splitter Shirley Williams, published in the Observer. Basing part of her argument on the possibility of Leadsom becoming Tory PM ("bigger space for centrist moderates" ).

In other words, as others have mentioned, media-manufactured.

If anti-Corbyn MPs do end up defecting to create a new party, they're not only Tory enablers, but profoundly ignorant of Shirley Williams-era history as well. They might well be that stupid, but possibly not quite as.

Of course.

Tbh, many members of the party, including a fair proportion of the PLP itself, are ignorant of their own party's history.

Also, since Kinnock has apparently been rehabilitated, perhaps we can get him to call it the We're All Right Party. I think you'll agree it works on several levels. Ready-baked theme tune too.

They betrayed people with disabilities for what they considered political expediency. "Fuckwit sociopaths" will do.
