I think he will let the game flow too, and its probably handy that he will have come up across a lot of the players before. Which could be bad news for the Dutch if they were relying on Robben getting territorial advantage for free kicks...

Its all about the Dutch ability to win the ball back. Germany couldn't do it and were left wandering about the pitch not quite sure what to do.
Apart from Spain's desire to walk the ball into the net, their passing, 1st touch and cool headedness in defence means that unless Holland go up a gear they are up against a team that will suck the life out of them and score in the final 20 minutes.

Rooting for Spain as tehir passing has been awesome this week, though really havbe little allegiance. A great 2 teams to have in the final though, I'll be happy for whoever wins (unlike the last WC, where by the semi's you wanted none of them to win equally)

He got the final wrong in Euro 2008. Hope he's right this time, i put a fiver on Spain to win before the start of the tournament, and having ruined Peter Crouch and Lionel Messi's World Cup by betting on them to finish top scorer for England and overall respectively, it'd be nice to get one right. ¡Vamos España!

See, I hate that snivelling little twat Busqyets even more than Robben and Torres is more of a diver than Drogba.
i quite the rottweileresque duo of De Jong and van Bommell. Could be an interesting match if they manage to break up the Spanish midfield and Holland attack down the wing.
An alternative scenario would be de Jong and Van Bommell get booked in the first ten minutes and have to play football. Then I see the Spanish walking through Holland, getting 100 scoring opportunities and winning 1-0.
