It turns out, even though we are in lock down, that Friday night is now pizza night. Mrs T will not go down the delivery route. So we have a supermarket pizza to be embellished and eaten. I imagine it will need lots of garlic as well, but the beer has gone. It's white wine or white wine.

Got four pizzas in the fridge that'll keep me going for a few days. Two with chargrilled veg and basil pesto, a truffle fungi one and a trusty margherita. I'm suspicious of the truffle fungi one as I've not had that before. 
Sadly none have sweetcorn on them, so may add some before putting them in the oven.

I go through phases of eating loads of pizza then none for a few months. But I always buy veg pizzas so they're basically healthfoods anyway.

The truffle funghi pizza was quite nice - lots of garlic in the bechamel sauce and topped with garlic mushrooms.

Even with a pizza oven big enough tocook that bad boy, how would you manhandle it in and out? You’d need a team of people and some specialist lifting equipment!
