Jesus fucking christ how big is that in the 2nd picture?
It looks awesome, talk us through the toppings please
I was experimenting with higher hydrations, which makes good dough, but hard to handle. More experimentation needed...Thats a thick looking base a little undercooked.
You mean crust bros? They were good pizzas. It was the first time we tried the place; it was right outside Waterloo station. We both took a bite and both said at the same time it was good. We would both go back.
Crustys have a few pre chosen pizzas. Mine was tomato, mozarella, salami, peporoni, chicken. On this I asked for mushroom and chilli.
Mrs Tags was made up. No tomato, artichoke, onion and olives.
but it’s called Crust Bros?
If I owned that place id call it, Crusty's. It would be a great name for a "trendy" pizza place.
I can see why you thought my pizza was undercooked, now!I'm sorry, I screwed it up, the photo of my pizza did not take, you can see the crust of it in this with Mrs tags white pizza. It was bloody perfect because it was a branch of Crusty's in my local brewery with the best beer and Mrs tag loved the pizza. We can walk here and transport home RESULT.
