Film people; Nikkormat, RoyReed, Mr.Bishie, weltweit?

Or just old people who remember how film works tbh :D

How do I know if a roll of film has been used? If I can't see any film, it's all been rolled in?

I tried this but not sure what it's telling me  The Big Film Database for analog photographers - Search by DX number, code or name

It might be from when I was in Colombia/Ecuador in the late 90's/early 2000s. Is it worth trying to get it processed or will it all be degraded or something?

Where is good to get that done?

Thanks :)

If it's completely wound in to the cassette it's almost certainly been used. You can get it processed (C41) here:

It'll cost £5 for processing and £8 for high quality scans sent to Dropbox (there are lots of other options). Kodak Gold was relatively tolerant of poor exposures, so I would expect it to still be worth a punt even after 30 years.
