There's a few of these Devon is Hevon things around town. One of them says something about Satan too, which makes me think it's the return of the 'UK Satan' daubers from a few years back. I think they know what they're doing even if nobody else does.

I believe it's at Kingsteignton right by the A380/381/383 Junction. I used to drive past it nearly every day and watched this hill become houses. Teignbridge is growing a lot, estates going up everywhere. I quite like it actually, not the paving of the fields particularly, but all the development makes the place feel progressive and thriving. One day soon, Torbay and Teignbridge will be a city, it might be a nice one (well, might)
