I think I might be the only person I know who even has a vague idea who any of the protagonists in this story are. And that's mostly from reading this thread. Forget this Milo chappie, whom I literally only know from this thread, I'm not convinced anybody else I know would even have heard of Laurie Pennie.

The final part was a comment on how 'brutal' we all are (and seeing as how I'm the one quoted there, by implication I too am brutal). If it were a simple question, why open with the declarative?
