Lunch should have its own thread

Spicy turkey mince & veg cauliflower couscous, spinach, cucumber, pomegranate seeds and papaya with fresh mint and lime juice, fat free greek yoghurt. Vanilla protein shake.

Been having this for lunch every day. Just finished the last portion, without yoghurt today as I had some for breakfast.
 
Spinach and half a bag of mixed salad that was also mostly spinach, cucumber, chicken breast cooked in a fuckton of chopped rosemary & garlic and lemon juice, fat free quark. Black coffee.
 
More lemon/rosemary/garlic chicken, with spinach, cucumber, beetroot, broccoli, fat free greek yoghurt and lemon & chive cauliflower couscous with pomegranate seeds. Strawberry & banana flavour protein/oats/greens smoothie.
 
The remains of the Indian takeaway - veg korma, channa masala, pilau rice.
The best of all lunches (and breakfasts come to think of it).

This again, plus a cocoa Nakd bar and a really shit tuna and sweetcorn sandwich because it was reduced.
 
Since the start of my diet a month ago I've been religiously having a diet soup of my own concoction, but today's been all over the place - late breakfast of beans on toast at 11, just had a nut rissole at 2pm, (high protein = Atkins ? ) and a couple of peaches ..
 
125g wholegrain rice, can of low calorie lentil and veggie soup, and 333g of green beans, plus half a pack (200g) of tofu as a nod towards Atkins ...

158 + 176 + 153 + 234 = 720 kcals

plus a peach and a couple of apricots
 
Half an avocado with mayo and chipotle sauce (the last jar :eek: ) in a bit of rustic (kind of brown?) baguette. Blueberries and a donut peach for afters.
 
I thought I was going to have jacket potato, cream cheese & salad but got a soup craving so a Weightwatchers tin of carrot & coriander plus bread.

I'm planning to cycle 20 miles later, the final 9 with moderate enthusiasm...
 
Spicy turkey, cucumber, spicy-ish cooked red and orange peppers (Tesco deli counter, reduced), leaves. Possibly more coffee although I've already had loads today.
 
Home today and dentist repaired my filling without significant discomfort - so I'm tucking into something relatively unchallenging - baked spud, hummus and sprouted beans and alfalfa ...
 
An 'open' sandwich (meaning one slice of bread), smoked salmon, green salad with beetroot, small piece of wensleydale with cranberries, one square of dark chocolate, an apricot.
 
One piece of brown bread with hummus, salad with spinach, beetroot, cottage cheese and tomato, a mandarine and green tea.

What I would prefer is a bacon and cheese sandwich with mayo and Dijon mustard and crisps but my waistline hates that :mad::(.
 
Chicken, spinach, mix of brown rice & quinoa and spicy Mexican rice, mixed nuts, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and red grapes.
 
I had tofu and rice to use up so it's my standard weekday fare - mixed with a can of diet soup and a good spoonful of milled flaxseed.
The only thing that would improve it dietetically would be to leave out the rice and add raw broccoli ...
