it was certainly known that he had a liking for his 14 & 15 year old female fans (if the rest of the band deny that, they're liars, no matter what else they might not have known about). Definitely more causation than correlation I'd say. Well, maybe not 100% cause, but it's definitely a factor in people doing things they would otherwise never have done, overtly abnormal sexual practices definitely being up there as one of the main ones.

Also all over parts of the internet was the fact that an on-off girlfriend, who was often target of the bitchy comments on such sites, had reported him to police ages ago but nothing happened.
This is now in the press, along with the fact that South Wales police are being looked at by the IPCC to see if they failed to act quickly enough.

Is the implication that Watkin's was able to identify fans who were already paedophiles then? If we're saying that the drugs didn't cause the mother's behaviour, then they must already have been abusers. Addiction turns people into all sorts of things they weren't before.
In the case of Watkins, he was clearly already that way before he'd smoked anything Class A.
