Lost Prophets...

I don't want to try meth, that is just fuuuuuucked up.

I have a suspicion he may have had a few more issues then what was in his pipe. Personally I don't think the courts should every take intoxication through drinks / drugs as a mitigating factor, but that's a whole different issue.

Not that i'd advocate a prison nonce-bashing, but i really hope he gets nonce-bashed. There are some crimes that no one can ever come back from, this is one.

I reckon the screws might turn a blind eye over this case and let the thugs get at him. Oh well.

why add a caveat when you are clearly advocating?
how much is the difference between advocating and hoping?

The court was told how the abuse of the children by all parties was also evident in text messages.

Watkins sent a text to one of the women saying: "If you belong to me, so does your baby."

Is that not the creepiest thing you've ever heard.

I sometimes wonder as with Savile and his alleged necrophilia (as well as the obvious) and now with Watkins whether the driver is as much committing an act so repulsive as to be far outside the norms of the societally acceptable as it is the sexual.

I dunno, I can't fathom why anyone would do something so utterly, profoundly destructive and debasing not only to the victims but to self. It's almost like he wanted to scrape the bottom and then go further again.

So, so fucked up :(

I'd heartily recommend not reading the comments on any given facebook article. I did, and neither the details revealed not the reprisals wished were particularly pleasant.

I found the NME article to be the most informative (of all publications...!)

The police used a program to crack his computer password - apparently his pass word was 'Ifuckkids'

Tom Latchem reckons the details emerging are 'the tip of the iceberg', he's some journo on the twitter but I can't (and choose not to) imagine wtf it is that he thinks he knows.

Imagine what his defence team must have said or not said to him. What can they say in relation to sentencing next month. Allbeit he shouldn't see the light of day again IMO.

He saw what happened when they threw a 5 year old into the green room at Download festival :(

if you really don't want to be on a jury it is best to say something simple like "i have a holiday prebooked the flight is in 3 weeks time". (as long as the case is scheduled for more than 3 weeks of course). i watched a few people walk from cases saying this.

You actually have to produce the evidence though.

I was speaking to two of the reporters at the case yesterday - they were pretty shaken up by what they'd heard (and one of them had sat through weeks of the April Jones case). The report they filed had to be pretty selective and we issued a warning before it was broadcast. He is utterly depraved.
