Passing a law that allows for vexatious policing is down to the SNP as much as it is the people reporting it .
Plus cuts have reduced overnight policing drastically...but. they can still find an missing campervan when they have to.

I hate to Loz-Splain, but I think he was trying to say that a white political leader would have people pointing out that the people around them were also all white. But the thing is, it's not just a country where nearly everyone is white, it's five people in one photo, two of whom seem to be general supporters who happened to be in the frame. A white first minister wouldn't be criticised for that - not by non-white people, anyway.

If people defend that photo, he might (on one of the days he has his thinking head on) try to use it to defend why his party is so white... in London, which has a very different demographic make-up, and for the actual party reps, not random people. And he'd think he was being clever.

I'm fairly sure he once tweeted a complaint about the President of an African country having an entirely black African cabinet. Not SA where there are quite a lot of white people - I think it might have been Ghana. He thought he won that one and probably thinks he won this one too.

The UK. Teresa May got a lot of sympathy for looking tired as PM, Boris Johnson had sympathy for his generally exhausted appearance before he was even elected. And I don't remember anyone being ousted in even a tiny part because they looked tired.
