Keir Starmer's time is up

FAO: Phil Moorhouse, Graham Hughes, Supertanskii, and the rest of the Labour Social grifters
But like them, you are arguing for voting for Labour under Starmer (or against the Tories, you have not been clear which), indeed claiming that that to do otherwise is supporting the Tories. Starmer and the current Labour Party are the result of that politics.

Or are you now abandoning that position?

Also, excuse the sqwawkbox link but there seems to be some panic resulting near identical press releases from Starmer and Lammy re: Gaza:

two front bench spokespeople issuing an incredibly similar statement is hardly surprising. Even bob the awful standards of skwarkbox this ones pretty pathetic

Even when this government is gone, politics is going to remain as toxic, fractious and ultimately impotent.

Fucking depressing

An interesting triumvirate of articles today:

What a pic. Keith looks like he's struggling for a word. Rachel looks like she's trying to summon a demon.

It has now been reported that shortly before the abandonment of the Labour Party's pledge to spend £28bn a year on 'green investment', the shadow chancellor’s office accepted a financial donation from The Lord Donoughue (also known as Bernard Donoughue), a former director of The Global Warming Policy Foundation, 55 Tufton Street, London, SW1P 3QL:

Rachel Reeves accepted donation from climate sceptic days before dropping £28bn pledge

well I have to post it

U-turns can be good, particularly when they're needed on a matter of principle to avoid losing votes
'The fighting must stop', eh?

But what fighting?? There's no fighting I can see, just an army massacring civilians, who are running away.

'The massacre must stop', he should have said.

"Fighting" ffs.

As well as being the man who ushers in the next phase of neo-liberalism, who chooses this moment to abandon green targets, who actively destroys the left and all the rest - he's fucking dull and wooden. He's an incompetent politician who can't meet a member of the public without shitting his pants or looking like he's going to cry. He's the office manager who everyone hates, who bullies you as only a tedious fuck can. He's that rare combination of some kind of Pooterish prat who you'd avoid in the pub and a malicious supervillain. I earnestly wished Johnson would die of Covid and with Kieth, well, just wish he's un-exist. A modern day beige Ramsay MacDonald who makes John Major look like a racy raconteur, a shit stripe on the body politic, a boring gremlin, a fart in a sleeping bag. And every one in his party who chooses to follow his nasty machinations doesn't give a flying fuck about what they are doing to people's lives and to the country. Should be fucking ashamed of themselves.
Apart from that you like him?
