Fred Goodwin tried to hide relationship

Where has it been said it was a gay relationship?

I thought they just said: a relationship with a senior colleague.

It is interesting, cos the FSA would want to know but the injunction prohibits that.

I changed the title... as that part may not be revealed yet

Graun:

Mr Justice Tugendhat varied the injunction to allow publication of Goodwin's name, but not details of the alleged relationship and the name of the woman said to be involved.

If the "colleague" is 'senior', then it's much more likely to be a gay relationship than a hetero one, anyway

Is there anything to stop an MP or a Lord just reading out a list of those who've taking out an injunction using parliamentary priviliges?

I don't think there is due to 'privilege'.... I remember Unionist politicians naming innocent people as members of proscribed orgs in Ireland with no repercussions... other than their subsequent executions by loyalist/state bullets...
