I think Mercedes need to look at the dozens of staff they have doing race strategy, and sack most of them.

By comparison, RB have a bloke in a pub, flipping coin, and shouting "Box!" into his mobile phone.

Probably because they thought Perez would get a 5 sec for going 4 wheels off when passing, so Botty needed to stay within that gap (which he didn’t)
