Can someone please post a picture of monkey boots coz I think it depends on where you are in the country as to what you think they are.
I'm sure baseball boots were monkey boots where I was.

I wanted a pair in black. Funny really, i googled monkey boots and it's come up with this pic saying 'original monkey boots' but i remember them looking way cooler than this

nah they are monkey boots ^^ but we did used to call baseball boots bumper boots....back in the day now they are called 'converse'

i lived in my donkey jacket and still would if it wasn't so hot all the time.

I gave mine away to a homeless gentleman in Herne Hill a few years ago, being filled with the spirit of Christmas and a few other spirits...he didn't even want it, but I insisted. It may not even have been cold. Regretted it ever since

left my last one in my works locker when i were made redundant 6 years back. and left my NCB one in my locker at brittiania 20 years ago when they made me redundant. never really got the idea of wearing them outside of work. I never found them that warm, just a shitty jacket for shitty conditions.
