Yes it does. And of course the real number of illegal immigrants is far higher than this. It's policy for la Migra to look the other way atm, probably will be until after the election.

and the numbers of Ukrainian people cross ya big plank

Trump is ignorant
He does not understand that the USA has a massive effect on the rest of the world regardless of anyone’s wishes .
America doesn’t really understand it’s an imperial power.
You can’ t just decide to leave the world stage because it’s inconvenient

All empires come to an end, and the American Empire is now showing all the classical symptoms of imminent demise. The question is whether it will go peacefully or violently. As you say, Trump seems disposed to simply "leave the world stage." But if the neo-cons who control the (ahem) "Biden" administration remain in power, we can expect it to reach a violent, contested, forced end. They've already shown us what they're capable of.

This is about the US constitution, so SCOTUS is the final judicial arbitrator.

The Colorado Supreme Court decision was a close call 4-3 and all 7 judges were liberal appointees. It’s been tossed out in other states. So it’s already a controversial legal argument amongst liberals. At the same time, it has currency amongst some conservative judges and influential legal scholars too. I’d predict SCOTUS overruling Colorado but it could go the other way too. Three liberal justices and two ‘moderate’ conservatives (say Roberts and Kavanaugh) could affirm.
I genuinely can't predict which way it will go. The fudging of the words of the constitution to not allow trump to not hold any other positions of office but somehow still run and become president is more like a oversight/loophole. Many of the supreme court judges were appointed by trump, will they have an allegiance? . . but if they do and twist / ignore the constitution to allow trump to run, they place his power above the supreme court . . . which is probably power that they would not be all that willing to relinquish.
If the supreme court rule on this case (which they almost certainly will) the ruling will affect every single other case for Trumps name on or off the ballot.

I reckon if they take him off the ballot there will be less kid gloves in his court cases. He will need to be shown as the criminal that he is. Any other person, ANY other person, would already be behind bars.

me whilst trump has had to deny reading mien kemp after repeating making remark of immigrants poisoning the blood of the USA

:hmm:

main reason he running for the ticket is the get the GOP to fund his legal cases

otherwise it would bankrupt him very quickly

yes, it's important to remember that there are ideological conservatives for whom Trump's attempts at concentrating power are hateful, e.g.:

I predicted they'd pull a move like this weeks ago, when Kagan and Frum started inciting an anti-Trump coup:

you predicted that republican and independent candidates would sue in Colorado to get him removed from the election ballot

oh wait to busy blaming the Dems and biden

I certainly don't blame the Dems or "Biden" for the effort to remove Trump from the ballot. Pretty much the entire American political establishment, including most of the Republican Party, is united behind that. Only the voters are against it. Things are about to get interesting...

Tbf, with their endless flip-flopping, backflipping, flim-flammery, both-sidesism, obscurantism, and whataboutery, it can be tricky to settle on exactly what position that insufferable chin-stroker actually holds.

More proof that Trump is an incompetent would-be dictator, criminal and fraud who should spend the rest of his life rotting in a cell. Not that his lickspittles and idiot fans will care.

Disastrous omen of things to come. Supreme Court declines to fast-track Trump’s frivolous ‘absolute immunity’ appeal - designed only to delay. You can bet they won’t be so laid back when it comes to his disqualification appeal!

It is disheartening. Any delay to his cases only makes him stronger. But when the US has a Supreme Court which Trump mostly appointed ruling on whether you're in the right or not, of course the premise of a fair and free system is made to look incredibly silly.
