Even if he's found guilty on all charges, they'll negotiate a deal without him going to prison. They'll run all those charges concurrently and the most he could get on the most serious charge is four years. They'll make sure he gets a light sentence for all of it to run concurrently. At the absolute worst he'll be confined to his estate with an ankle monitor for a couple of months. He might even get probation, which he'd completely ignore and get away with.
