Hasn’t he done nautical before? It seems like such an obvious choice. Maybe because he’s lived for so many centuries, he just has to go round all the themes and do them all again.


More likely, he can’t be arsed to do much more than pop down from his Barbarian home to the harbour with a wheelie suitcase full of different shirts. They had to wait around for the one night shot, then back to the mansion for blood transfusions and baratric sleep.

Sir Cliff Richard has just introduced the best calendar we have ever seen.

The 83 year old can be seen relaxing on board a cruise ship in new – fabulous, we may add – pictures released from his 2024 calendar.

The We Don’t Talk Anymore crooner poses on deck in front of spectacular sea views for the July and September months in the new, really quite splendid offering, modelling oval-shaped sunglasses and flashing his pearly whites.

In another image, for October, the musical veteran stands in front of a cabinet holding dozens of different flags including Croatia, Portugal, Ireland and France.

You can see the enthusiasm already waning by April. Something he clearly feels, so tries to up the energy again in May, but by June he's pretty much given up. I mean, he's barely clinging on in July
